Safe Water
AWF story
AWF raised and secured the necessary funds to support a project implemented by Water Mission: the installation of 30 handwashing stations at 15 schools in the Kasulu district, Tanzania. This project helped prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other diseases in the region while giving access to safe water for handwashing to more than 20,000 students and teachers.
"We always look for organizations of integrity that show structural results with positive impact. This partnership with Water Mission was such a positive experience that both organizations plan on working together again soon."
Mariana Marques, Executive Director of Azimuth World Foundation
